The UBC SPP Update newsletter is now available in email format.

How to Sign Up

Active members

(contributing to the Plan)
Active members will be automatically signed up for the electronic newsletter. It will be emailed to you at your business email address. If you do not have a business email address, your preferred email address indicated in the UBC Faculty and Staff Self-Service Portal will be used instead. Please ensure your email address is up to date by reviewing the information at the Update your UBC Email Address page. If you would like to receive a paper newsletter instead, sign in to myPension using your UBC Campus Wide Login and change your preference on the Communication Preferences page (left side menu).
Deferred Members

(not making contributions and not receiving pension payments)

If you are a Deferred member, you will continue to receive paper newsletters unless you sign up for the electronic newsletter. Sign in to myPension using your prior UBC Campus Wide Login and change your preference on the Communication Preferences page (left side menu).
Retired Members

(receiving pension payments)

If you are a Retired member, you will continue to receive paper newsletters unless you sign up for the electronic newsletter. Sign in to myPension using your prior UBC Campus Wide Login and change your preference on the Communication Preferences page (left side menu).
