We are pleased to announce that Alan Marchant and Michal Jaworski have been elected as members of the Staff Pension Plan (SPP) Board in the recent election. Mr. Marchant has served 16 years on the SPP Board and Mr. Jaworski will be joining the Board for his first term. Their upcoming terms of office are from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020. We would like to thank the candidates who participated in this election as well as members who cast their votes.
Dave Lance’s last term on the SPP Board will end on December 31, 2016. Mr. Lance has served on the SPP Board for 9 years, both as an appointed and elected board member. The SPP Board and UBC Pension Administration Office management and staff would like to thank Mr. Lance for his contribution and time dedicated to the SPP and its members.
