The Pension Administration Office is open for members who wish to drop off forms and/or ask general questions in person. Our office is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Although our physical office is closed on Fridays, our Member Services team is available by phone and email from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We will continue to offer meetings online via ZOOM video conferencing. Over the coming weeks, a gradual return to in-person meetings will occur. If you would like to schedule a meeting, please contact our Member Services team.
As per Provincial Health Orders, non-medical masks are required in public indoor spaces. We ask that visitors please wear a non-medical mask when they visit our office.
