The UBC Staff Pension Plan (SPP) is excited to announce the launch of a new educational podcast series called Pension Airwaves. This podcast is meant to be a friendly, informal and accessible way to learn about why your pension plan is one of the most valuable benefits offered by the University. We will discuss important pension-related topics and features of the SPP that all members should know about. We also plan to interview members, including Pension Administration Office staff, SPP Board members, and SPP pensioners, connecting their wisdom and retirement stories with listeners of all ages and knowledge levels. Whether you have a few minutes or more, there are several episodes for you to choose from.
