Episode 17: Retirement & Survivor Benefits (RSB) Program

When you retire or leave UBC at age 55 or over, your access to certain UBC benefits may change. But did you know that, at that time, you may be eligible to join UBC’s Retirement and Survivor Benefits (RSB) program?

RSB is an optional program administered by the UBC Benefits team, and it includes three different plans: Extended Health, Dental, and Employee & Family Assistance. In this episode, we cover some questions about RSB that we frequently hear from SPP members when they are preparing for retirement.
